As long as you don't have to deal with the older lady with the short gray hair with glasses its wonderful but if you are unfortunate and have to deal with her, just treat her like the " Soup Nazi" on Seinfeld and state your business and quickly move. The rest of the staff are A+ friendly and fast. Love the help and advice plus the delivery drivers are like family. LOVE PEPPERELL
I never receive my packages at my house that are transported by usps. The issue has been communicated to no resolve. Unfortunately I do not have a choice for which service is used for package delivery, but if I did, I would choose fed ex or ups, who always deliver my packages to my house on time.
I'm there often, these people are the nicest and most helpful around always.
