The prices aren't the best, but the selection can't eat meat for medical supplies, Pharmacy needs, and General Health and Wellness items. It's not my favorite place, and it's not my least favorite place. I found some of the other review is here to be a bit harsh, given my own experiences here. I've been here many times and I have never had a problem.

Would likely be a good place, if they knew how to properly count medication so it lasted you the amount of time it's meant to. And then they get annoyed with you when you point out the problem to them, and they're quick to blame someone else for it. I'll be finding another pharmacy.

The team at the pharmacy has always treated us with extra care and respect. They go out of their way to take care of us and to make sure we are getting the best price we can for our medication. We really appreciate their extra support and care.

First time using this pharmacy. The tech I spoke to promised that my medication would be ready by the end of the day and that they would call me. This location is open until 9pm. I waited until 8:30pm, and then called. The phone rang, and rang, and rang, then sent me back to the beginning. This happened about 4x. I finally pressed the "hear hours" key, and guess what the pharmacy is closed! So I don't get the medication I needed and was promised! Great first experience. Thanks, guys.

I would give it no stars... always problems, no customer service, my insurance company (Anthem BCBS) even reached out to try to solve whatever issue was making them tell us our coverage was inactive and was told "I don't know what to tell you", and when we were speaking to them we were told "I have 5 patients in line I have to go" needless to say after going in person and still being told "there is nothing we can do, it's not a problem on our end" we asked for Rx to be transferred and were told they don't initiate that we have to call the pharmacy we want it transferred to, after calling Pepperell Family Pharmacy to have it transferred we were told no the pharmacy with the rx has to initiate the transfer..... I transferred all my prescriptions out over a year ago because of the same issues, my daughter has finally had enough too....Rite Aid are you looking for a lawsuit when someone gets ill from not having their medication? You should be shut down. Anthem apologized to me for being contracted with a pharmacy that does business in this manner.. I hope enough people speak up that insurance companies drop you.
