I was a loyal customer to LF Robbins for 3 years. I left very angry and dissatisfied. When I moved, 2 Decembers ago, I called several times to get them to change my address. They would tell me "It should be changed now" and then it still wouldnt be changed. I called my agent, several times, I called Hanover several times. I thought I was done paying my policy for the year, and I received absolutely NOTHING in the mail from hanover/lfrobbins... and I assumed this was because I was done paying for a few months. Apprently not. I owed $37.50 and somehow NONE of their letters got to me, even though they had been getting to me previously. They never once attempted to call me, even though they have my number. I didnt know of anything till yesterday when I was informed through a letter in the mail that my license was being canceled because I didn't have insurance. I called LF Robbins and they told me my policy was canceled for non payment on jan 16th. I informed them I received NOTHING in the mail and told them the address should have been changed 20 times by now, they didn't seem to care. They didn't care that I was taking my business elsewhere, either. They don't give a crap about you. Definitely go elsewhere, if they can't even correctly change someones address, there is definitely a issue within the company. Pathetic. I'm now dealing with all kinds of issues because of this and them. RUN!
