Dr Randall in Groton is AWESOME! My husband and I have been going to him for 3 years now, switching my kids over to him today! Smile Center in Pepperell and Dr Auffinger in Pepperell are also Awful! They both fill fake cavities! I know this because I don't have a cavity in my mouth nor have I ever and Auffinger told me I did and told my husband he had 6 which they all bother him today after letting him fill them. My daughter also had 6 in one visit. I don't believe either of them had any and when we changed dentists after they told me I had one the new dentist told me i didn't have any. They both just want the money instead of taking proper care of their patients.
VERY OVER PRICED!!! They charge way more than my insurance will cover and I end up paying a lot out of my pocket to them after my insurance pays 100% of what dental is suppose to pay for a service! The last 2 times I took my kids here I told them NOT to do anything extra that my insurance would not cover because I could not afford the extra and they insisted that I needed xrays ever time we went in and also sealing the teeth which both of which my insurance cover but it was so expensive because they charge so much more than they should!!! My children will now be going to Dr. Randall in Groton who was highly recommended to us by our orthodontist and his fees are completely covered by our insurance with no extra bills for us. Every time I leave this office after arguing with them every time they make me feel like the worst parent in the world and I feel like they are going to call DSF on me just over XRays! I hate this office and will NEVER go back!
Generally good service here. Good practice for moms in the area as waiting room is well designed for children with ample play area, toys, and kids videos. Only "issue" has been some differences in what esitmated co-payments would amt to after my coverage and the fact that they send me elsewhere for more "advanced" dental care needs.
